Unused & Unworn
Items should be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact wherever applicable.

Handcrafted with Care.
Some of our accessories may feature delicate embroidery, embellishments or handcrafted details. Please handle them carefully and review the product description before placing your order.
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law. Customised items may have additional restrictions where legally permitted.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs and any deductions will be handled in accordance with the reason for return, the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. No deduction will be made where prohibited by law.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will check whether the order can still be cancelled before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, the return process may apply instead. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
